I had no choice in the matter.
I was born and that was that. I entered the world with nothing and I guess my goal is to find my purpose?
How do you find your purpose? I see injustice in the world, is it my job to fix it? How would I even go about fixing it?
These are the questions that keep me up at night.
Right now, my purpose in the world according to me, is to enjoy life.
Our world has so many experiences it can offer to us and I believe we should take advantage of that.
There are so many places to go, people to see, and things to do.
I guess my current calling is to travel the world, for now. Who knows, my calling could change like the flip of a switch to something else completely.
I could get hit by a drunk driver on my way home today and my calling could change to stopping people from driving drunk. My mom could get cancer and my calling could change to raising awareness for cancer.
That’s what I think a calling is, I think it’s very hard to just decide on what your calling is. I think it’s better left to fate to decide for us. Let the universe tell you your calling, I have no doubt that one day I will discover my calling or purpose and it will hit me like a ton of bricks.
I’m 28 years young and I still have no clue what I want to do on this planet. I know what I love doing and I’m currently doing that, travelling but I know I can’t do that forever.
If it was up to me, I’d run a shelter for dogs…I guess it is up to me, I guess I could do that but honestly this question kind of threw me off.
We spend our whole lives trying to figure out the answer to this question, it’s foolish to think you will just be able to answer it.
