From relaxing at the beach, to sightseeing in LA and even just relaxing at home with family and friends. How are pacers spending their break?
“My boyfriend and I are celebrating our three year anniversary. So we’re gonna go to the Outer Banks with friends and family for the entire week and hopefully catch some waves,”said Lashawn Boyd, a senior at WPU.
Other students like Abigail Joachim, a junior at WPU, also plan to travel during the break as well.
“I’m going to LA with some friends and renting a little Airbnb,” said Joachim, “going to check out the beach, have some fun and also have to also work as well too.”
Vivian Camplin, a junior at WPU, plans to travel with her college young life club for spring break.
“We are going down to Panama City in Florida, we plan on relaxing at the beach along with hosting seminars and small group studies,” said Camplin, “After that I plan on just going back home and spending time with my family.”
Clay Whitehurst, a senior at WPU, plans to travel back home to enjoy his week off.
“I really just want to use my break as a time to relax or decompress to help better prepare myself for the back half of the semester,” said Whitehurst, “It will be nice to just be able to see my family for the week.”
No matter how you are spending your spring break, enjoy the time off and we look forward to seeing all of you back on campus Mar. 17.
