William Peace University is set to expand its student housing offerings after the approval Tuesday of a partnership with Wolf Creek Apartments.
The apartments, located at 403 Wolf Creek Circle in Raleigh, will be an option for all WPU sophomores, juniors and seniors.
The apartments will operate in the same manner as on-campus housing, with University-sponsored student activities and with WPU residence life staff living on-site.
The apartments offer four different bedroom options, and amenities that include private bedrooms, luxury kitchens, furnished living rooms, tennis courts, 24-hour fitness center, computer lab and maintenance.
There will also be shuttle service running to and from campus.
“Our partnership with Wolf Creek Apartments allows us to provide living for students interested in pursuing this option with convenient, safe transportation to and from our campus provided as well,” said WPU President Debra Townsley.
WPU’s Student Body President Jeanna Buck said, “As a graduating senior, I am proud to see that our school is growing and can provide opportunities such as new housing at Wolf Creek.”
