For the many individuals who shop and dine in Cameron Village, there is an opportunity to reside seconds away from the popular Raleigh shopping center.
The real estate development company, Crescent Resources, bought a 2.6 acre lot on the corner of Oberlin Road and Clark Avenue, where they are currently in the process of building the 282-apartment home community called Crescent Cameron Village.
“Cameron Village is the ultimate shopping and dining destination in Raleigh, and we are excited to deliver the first multifamily experience in Cameron Village,” said Brian Natwick, president of Crescent’s Multifamily Division.
Those interested in this brand new living arrangement will be able to choose from studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
According to Crescent Resource’s website, the future residents will have the special amenities of a wine bar, a gaming area, a business center, an entertaining area, a health club, as well as a pool deck which offers grilling and lounge areas.
“Crescent Cameron Village will bring luxury apartment homes with a unique design to complement this extraordinary location”, said Natwick.
Those interested in living right in the middle of Cameron Village and are willing to pay from $950 to $2,150 a month for rent can mark their calendars for the summer of 2013, when Crescent Cameron Village will begin leasing.
