A new school year begins

Classes started Monday for the more than 800 students enrolled in WPU’s traditional day program.
The 2013-2014 school year welcomed about 350 full-time, first-year students and more than 60 transfer students.
Enrollment at Peace is at an all-time high, and some students say they can tell.
“I definitely noticed a difference in the number of students just walking around the hallways,” said senior Olivia Worsham.
Move-in day took place Saturday. First-year students are required to live on campus, and a majority of upperclassmen are residing at Wolf Creek Apartments near NC State’s campus. Peace is providing regular shuttle service to and from campus in conjunction with the apartment complex’s own shuttle service.
