The William Peace University (WPU) Men’s Basketball team started their season this past Friday, November 15, 2013 at Guilford College.
“I think we have a chance to be pretty good, but we haven’t accomplished anything yet so we have to keep working hard and stay focused,” said Michael Wolf, a WPU Men’s Basketball player.
The WPU Men’s Basketball team has nine returning players and eight new additions to the team.
“I’m really excited about this year with the freshman that we have and the returners that came back and I have high hopes for this season,” said Gaven Allen, a WPU Men’s Basketball player.
The WPU Men’s team finished their weekend 1-1.
