There are plenty of fun and exciting things to do in and around Raleigh and there are so many events happening in the upcoming months.

Here are a few upcoming festivals and musical events that are going to be happening in and around downtown in the upcoming months:

- 31st Annual International Festival of Raleigh: Oct. 14-16

Raleigh supports all walks of life as there is always something for everyone, of any age and size to do.
For example, on Labor Day weekend the African American Cultural Festival came to visit Downtown Raleigh.
The art there was exquisite and unique; in addition, there were local artists and vendors that are located in and around Raleigh who wanted to gain publicity and exposure.
There also is a growing nightlife scene which is perfect for college age students.
“The nightlife around here is pretty cool,” said sophomore Alyssa Williams. “I usually go out on Fridays and Saturdays to see what’s going on Downtown because there’s always something to do.”
Around every corner and every block there is a new adventure waiting for you to explore.
