The Career Design Center at William Peace University will be going to JCPenney at North Hills Shopping Center. This event will be held on Sunday, Feb. 9 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for students to shop for professional wear such as shoes, suits, and briefcases. This provides the necessities needed to prepare students for the real world.
To be a part of this event all you have to do is come between the times provided and bring your pacer card to show proof of entry. This event will have such great deals because students will be able to get 60 percent off on top of what is already discounted.
Some other great events that will be hosted at the Suit-Up event is Sephora being inside the JCPenney to help students out with a FREE consultation or a mini makeover to help with finding the right professional look for the next career fair, interview, internship or job.
Also, WPU students will have the opportunity to go to a free hair salon to get a consultation or to schedule a hair appointment. Lastly, students can attend the Portrait Studio to get professional headshots for $29.99. Students should really take advantage of this opportunity because this can be a huge help and make them look good when they start the process of getting into their career field.
